"Worst customer service. I prepaid $1300 to refurbish my lawn. Service through the year was fine. When the money ran out from prepayment, I requested the service be stopped. TruGreen did two more service and tried to bill me for those service. I called customer service and they were of no assistance. The rep from the escalation team was downright rude. Wish I knew this before I dropped all that money from what I thought was reputable company. Never again."
