"Catonsville Custom Framing & Fine Art was beyond excellent. I had a rather large (30x40) piece of art in a professionally done shadow box frame in which the glass had became broken. The original large chain professional framer could not price it exactly because their estimator wasn't there, but gave me a ROM of several hundred dollars and told me to come back. One of the big box craft stores refused to repair it and would only quote a completely new framing. A second big box craft store framing expert carefully examined the frame and said they could do it. Two weeks later when it as supposed to be completed they called, said now it could not be done and to come and pick it up. When I did, it was dismantled into numerous pieces and left in bags! This was no problem Catonsville Custom Framing & Fine Art. Without hesitation, they were able to replace the glass and reassemble it all back together beautifully. They even included a new wall hanger. Best of all, this was all done at half the cost of the big box store and in one day! They were also very friendly.
