"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

"Overall excellent service. I requested duct cleaning services for my second floor apartment in Nashua. They used a large vacuum and a smaller one. The vacuum was taken up to my apt with the help of the elevator. They hooked up the large vacuum to the HvAC and suctioned the ducts. Then Lorenzo went one by one to each vent and vacuumed them. Had 9 vents total. They were at my place for arpund 3 hours. Lorenzo was friendly, humble and a good worker. It was easy to communicate with Vernon as well. Highly recommend ."

"This is the best cleaning service I have found. I called to say I needed a cushion cleaned on my couch right away as the cushion was not usable at all and had an awful smell. Bryan was there the next day. I was so impressed with the timeliness, pricing, and how courteous he was I never compared prices with anyone else. It was not that much more money to have the whole couch cleaned so I did that. I then asked if he could remove a couple carpet stains and he noticed there were more I thought I had removed myself. He offered to do the whole carpet for a real good price. so I had the whole carpet done. My carpet and couch look like new.
