My place was disaster due to health issues. It looked just like the TV show that shows borders! They came on time and did everything I wanted. The place looks great now, I am very pleased with their thoroughness. I recommend them w/o any reservations. They (3 of them) forgot the inside of the refrigerator and the bass stayed and did it as I had said I wanted it done when making the reservation! Lovely lady and boss! ELM 11/14/2023

She did a quick and unsatisfactory job would not recommend her to anyone. We called to have to come back and redo the cleaning she stated it cost more to come back then to buy a new fan. The price was high for 1 hour work.

But unfortunately that was not enough for you and you want even more. I am really disappointed for that. I hope you can understand that making a grease old fan look brand new was never part of the deal. The fan itself was not part of the deal."

Rita scheduled an assessment appointment to meet my crazy schedule, and gave me a very fair estimate. We hired her, and she and her crew did an *excellent* job on a seriously-challenging deep-clean house. Excellent attention to detail, and very friendly service. Very happy with the results! I've been a satisfied customer since 2017. Cleaning is fast and efficient, which is good for me because I work from home. They always do a good job, so no complaints about the cleaning (or anything). It's definitely a great value based on the level of service. The business owner speaks fluent English and is very responsive over text message. Good communication in general and I always get updates on when they'll come by for the cleaning. In the 4 years that I've been using them, I've only ever had a couple of small issues, but they were always quickly resolved in a professional manner.

Rita and her team are efficient and are extremely accommodating with cleaning schedules. I have pets and they do a wonderful job removing pet hair from both furniture and floors. They have been cleaning for me for several months and I will continue to call on them for services.

"I apologize for our misunderstanding. Your apartment was full of broken glasses and blood splattered all over the walls, floors, and furniture after a Halloween party fight, which was already beyond our expectations but we did our best to make sure it was perfectly clean. Outside of the apartment was never part of our agreement. We do not offer power washing or anything like that but I apologize if that is what you were expecting and I did not make that clear enough."
