Best couch cleaners near Waltham, MA

"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

"Nice job cleaning my recliner and couch! Almost looks new"

"I had a couch and loveseat cleaned. They came out great! I also had him do an area rug that came out great. While he was here I asked about a dryer vent cleaning and he said he could do it while he was here! I had him clean the vent. Great prompt service! His prices were very reasonable and I will definitely use this service again! Thank you Rob!"

"The communication was responsive and when misunderstanding arose on my part, the resolution was quick and satisfactory for everyone. The work was exceptional. Serious equipment. Attentiveness. Rudy was on time and polite the entire time. I have already scheduled to have my rugs cleaned next month and it was only today that I had my recliner and couch done. I am fully pleased with the service, start to finish."

"Overall excellent service. I requested duct cleaning services for my second floor apartment in Nashua. They used a large vacuum and a smaller one. The vacuum was taken up to my apt with the help of the elevator. They hooked up the large vacuum to the HvAC and suctioned the ducts. Then Lorenzo went one by one to each vent and vacuumed them. Had 9 vents total. They were at my place for arpund 3 hours. Lorenzo was friendly, humble and a good worker. It was easy to communicate with Vernon as well. Highly recommend ."

"I received an immediate email followed quickly by a telephone call.Discussed job with Sidney who scheduled me for the following week per my request. Texted me in advance of arrival time within the original time frame. Followed all Covid-19 precautions, consulted with me again regarding areas to clean then went to work. Pretreated any areas of concern then did deep steam cleaning of the rugs/ carpets. Excellent job, rugs look great. I recommended him to my neighbor who then booked his service."

"Was happy with Sidney’s service. He was efficient and a job well done. He managed to get most of the stains out of our light colored carpet. Will definitely use Radiant Cleaning again in the future."

"Clean and Pretty fast, sofa was wet for many hours."
