"Brian was responsive in scheduling a deck estimate and providing a written estimate within 10 days, letting me know ahead of time when to expect it. The estimate was very reasonable compared to other contractor estimates. The project involved removing timber from an existing upper deck, 12x14, replacing with composite decking and adding railings, replacing the 12 stairs and stringers, adding railings, and removing the timber and rebuilding the lower deck frame and adding composite decking lower 12x14 deck. Initially, he expected a later fall installation but was able to start immediately after Labor Day The weather was perfect and favorable without any weather related delays. His guys Josh and Hunter arrived at 7:30 and worked till about 3:30 daily, and cleaned up daily, and let us know what to expect as the project progressed. Initially, the estimate was about two weeks but these Josh and Hunter worked their magic in 6.5 days! All demolished materials were removed and the decks and stairs are gorgeous! I really appreciated their hard work and effort to finish the project quickly. The workers were friendly, courteous and professional. Brian offered design suggestions and communicated throughout the project (whether in person or by text) which was especially appreciated to coordinate the relocation of the hot tub with another contractor both on the front and back end of the project. We look forward to years ahead of enjoying low maintenance decks. I would definitely reach out to Brian for any future projects we might have. We were very pleased with his companyâ s work product."

Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. "This past winter, my vinyl pool wall started to cave in, due to rusting of the support structure. I placed calls to 17 different construction & pool repair companies, and Ranieri Construction were the ONLY ones that were willing to roll up their sleeves and take on the repair job (everyone else just seemed to want to sell me an entire new pool!). Louis and his family were amazing from start to finish. They are very skilled - from excavating the old deck, ratcheting back the pool walls, and pouring the new footings & deck, they clearly knew what they were doing, and the finished product is great. Louis was very attentive to detail. They spent time with me to explain the work that needed to be done, always stayed in touch with what was going on, were very careful to respect the property and always cleaned up. Even though it wasn't in our contract, Louis even offered to fill in gaps between my pool coping and deck all the way around the pool as a preventative measure so that I wouldn't have an issue with the other pool walls in the future. In short, I couldn't be more happy with Ranieri Construction - they are a great family business, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them for any new projects down the road."

"I originally scheduled 4 hours of work (via a deal on angies list) to get some small tasks done around the house. Scheduling a time with them was painless. Brian called me 30 minutes before the arranged start time to tell me he would be 2 hours late due to all the snow (this is during the insane snowstorm), which is reasonable. Brian came with a helper Sam, so the 4 hour package I paid for ended up only being 2 hours with two people (they told me this ahead of time). Brian and Sam were diligent and fast, knocking out all the tasks very easily. They kept me in the loop the entire time of what they were doing and got my input at all the critical steps along the way, but not too overbearing. They had all the tools to handle the job, and provided me with better hardware to mount the TV than what the mounting kit came with. Brian is a licensed electrician, so I had him do a couple of extra tasks with identifying switches and outlets around the house, which was definitely nice.
I would definitely hire Brian and Sam again if I needed to work on small tasks around the house!
