"Difficult time for the workers. Weather was the factor. They were building our 14' X 20' above ground pool deck. Alot of rain during the month of July. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"This past winter, my vinyl pool wall started to cave in, due to rusting of the support structure. I placed calls to 17 different construction & pool repair companies, and Ranieri Construction were the ONLY ones that were willing to roll up their sleeves and take on the repair job (everyone else just seemed to want to sell me an entire new pool!). Louis and his family were amazing from start to finish. They are very skilled - from excavating the old deck, ratcheting back the pool walls, and pouring the new footings & deck, they clearly knew what they were doing, and the finished product is great. Louis was very attentive to detail. They spent time with me to explain the work that needed to be done, always stayed in touch with what was going on, were very careful to respect the property and always cleaned up. Even though it wasn't in our contract, Louis even offered to fill in gaps between my pool coping and deck all the way around the pool as a preventative measure so that I wouldn't have an issue with the other pool walls in the future. In short, I couldn't be more happy with Ranieri Construction - they are a great family business, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them for any new projects down the road."
