Repaired gas oven that received error codes and would not heat. Diagnosed as a bad ignitor. Ordered and replaced it. Oven has been working great since then. I would recommend them.

It was much more than a power washing project. They stained the back deck after power washing, too. They were amenable to my additional requests including taming a backyard overgrown with weeds, ivy and very tall grass. There was a lot I asked if they would do. They were reliable and got on these projects as soon as I hired Extra Hands. And they agreed to set up a 10 x 30 above ground swimming pool. It wouldn't have happened without them.

Awesome job. Weâ ll be calling again in the future. They were very careful to advise when a licensed contractor was needed. Work performed was perfect, and they got us an electrician and general contractor for the bigger jobs.

"Camera inspection of drains showed a collapsed sewer line caused by customer. Upon arrival, on a Sunday, on short notice, the Customer had plumbing taken apart and attempted to fix the problem prior to our arrival. When we suggested a plumbing contractor or licensed plumber due to the existing damage done by the homeowner, the customer stated? I should have just hired a plumber in the first place.? We agreed and refused to do any further work to avoid being accused of causing the damage. We were very clear from the start that we would help diagnose the problem, but it would or likely require a licensed plumber."

I needed a bug branch cut i was a little unsure about hiring a handyman instead of a tree service since it is a challanging area of my yard. Their quote was $100 cheaper so i went with them. They were very friendly and prompt. After it took longer than they thought and realized the tree was hslf hallow they got the main branch they said it would cost more if i wanted another one cut that they thiught they could do too. I would hire them again for smaller jobs but i think trees might be a little advanced for this new company

"The reason it would have cost more to do the other branch is that this ?branch? was one-half of the tree. 3 large branches were removed for $150. Also, the tree was mostly dead and climbing was not safe, resulting in different equipment being needed, hence the additional charge. $150 for any tree service is a gift. We advised that the tree should be totally removed by a tree service, and gave 2 suggested experts."

"All work was performed as agreed. The grass was extremely overgrown. Lawn mowed, raked, clippings removed even though it was raining for the last 30 minutes of the job. The customer paid and was very happy at the completion of the job. Since we would not go back and do more work for free, the customer tried to bully with the threat of BBB complaint and a bad review. We ended our communication at that point."
