Very much appreciate their attention to details and lines of communication! We had a deck needing load bearing beams they left our muddy area clean, could not tell they were there! Also appreciate the gate you made for our Mastiff ;). Until next year .... more deck work!!

I was particular in what I wanted with my 600 sq foot, raised, rock patio. They created exactly what I wanted. I was happy. I hired them again to create two stone pillars for a gazebo that needed support. I was't able to be present so I instructed them to "just do it" the way they thought best for me. Again, I was happy.

Did a nice job on my front landscaping (new sod, mulch, transplanting, etc). My only complaint was that I was quoted a price to repair my upstairs back deck which had some obviously rotted joists. During the initial visit for the bid, the owner never even went upstairs to inspect its condition from the top. Despite my voiced concerns about my doubts in it being fixed, James was confident it could be fixed. Of course, when the carpenter came out, he discovered that it couldn't be saved and that an entirely new one needed to be built. He did a nice job on it, but I kind of wonder if that was really the plan all along.

"In response to this review, James the business owner upon arriving to the bid was greeted only by (consumer name withheld per their request) wife whom seemed uncomfortable with James coming into the house to inspect the upper deck so he out of respect for (consumer name withheld per their request) did not push the issue, rather he took a look at it from below and didn't seem to think that it needed to be replaced. This is a 4 x 6 deck, not very big, and when it was determined that it did need to be replaced after taking the deck boards off we replaced it at cost and we did so in a very timely manner being that they were wanting to put the house up for sale. We are not in the business to rip homeowners off, this WAS not our intent. This is not how our company operates"
