"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled, a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew. From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything. I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time. They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls. There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate. The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem. The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great. I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

They were very meticulous with the installation of the new cabinets, and the granite countertop was handled with care and placed perfectly with ease. The crew were very hardworking, and even replaced some rot they had found without elongating the time frame Dave had estimated, which was great. "I was most impressed with their punctuality. They showed up the very next day, after answering the phone when I called and giving me an immediate response. They did a good job of not only cleaning the snow and ice off, but clearing it from the driveway/porch as well. I didn't get all the snow cleared off--the ice was the primary concern because I was having water issues with the ice dam--but the problem cleared up once they were done. I think the price was fair. I didn't have the luxury of time to shop around, but in talking to people who had similar work with other companies, it seemed a little on the high side. However, to me the speed of their response balanced it out. I also never received a bill, this was all done over the phone, which made me a little nervous in sending in payment. However, there were no issues on that front. I would quite likely use them again, or at least consult them, when having any more work done on the house!"
