The structure is an 1885 church and a structural report was required from the local building department. Some of our non-residential customers have included a nursing home, motel, town hall building, condo associations, a Mason lodge, and multiple office buildings. Our goal is to provide our customers with outstanding customer service and complete satisfaction. We pledge to return every phone call in a timely manner and address every question completely. We have an extensive listing of references showing our satisfied customers. We are not satisfied with your job until you are satisfied. We serve the Greater Boston area, the South Shore and Metro West. We are fully insured, including workers compensation and we use absolutely NO subcontractors, which is almost unheard of in this industry. Mr. Flynn was very timely in giving me a quote, supplying information about the materials, paperwork such as insurance certificate , and not subbing out the job. Mr. Flynn's crew was here at 7:50 AM. Stopped for lunch at 11:30 returned to work promptly at 12:30 and was finished with the job by 3. They were all very professional and courteous. The clean up was impeccable. Mr. Flynn and his crew know how to run a business. Kudos to Robyn too for all her help. Great Company!"

After 25 years of owning one of NH most trusted waterproofing companies my family moved back to MA 5 years ago. I opened a foundation repair business to continue doing what I enjoy and have years of experience. I will personally provide a free estimate for what is needed to repair issue and I'll be the person doing the repair. All work comes with a 10 year warranty. Whether you need a basic foundation crack repaired or you have a more serious issue we are able to do the repair. I am a certified Fortress Stabilization installer and use the finest products available. Remember I will be the the person doing the repair.

"Ed sealed a number of cracks in my basement walls. A couple were pretty awkward and had minor leaks afterwards but Ed promptly came back to resolve. Would definitely recommend and use again if necessary in the future."

"Very poor and unfair inspection. I have water coming into my house due to a contractor putting shorter gutters than what I originally had and the rain diverter is short too. I have water flowing into my house because there is nothing to take the water away. I never had any problems with my leaks in my house until this. The inspector, Robert Push, took pictures of other things other than the cause of the problem. When I pointed to him the evidence of what the cause of the issue showing the water marks streaming down from the roof in between the short gutter and short diverter, he ignored what I showed him and began to find other things to take photos of that had no relation or was even in the vicinity of the problem area to make his report look “professional”. He was hired by the contractor and was biased to what evidence I had. I even had video of that day and told him and he said nothing. The jargon in the report was constantly beating around the bush to what the problem was, saying that I should do a water test and then his conclusion was that it was wind driven rain that caused the problem. How can he make an analysis like that when he performed no tests and was at my house on a sunny day. The day I had the water come in there were no strong winds and I have video proving everything. If you are a contractor that wants to get away with some shady stuff, then these may be the people for you. But their inspection was very unprofessional, poor, and lacked integrity."
