About us

Arnold Santospago, Residential Designer, Phoenix Six Associates As a Residential Designer for over thirty years, I believe I have the knowledge and experience needed to plan your project. I do design homes, but my specialty is to design additions and renovations, such as those listed below, for any style home. You will find my ideas valuable and original, and my design solutions creative and insightful. I am a "can do" type of guy. .Our first "Get Acquainted" meeting is free and is meant for us to meet each other and to review your wish list and ideas. At this time, I would appreciate your printed wish like, pictures, and a tour of the site. A list of my references related to your project will be provided to you. My professional history also includes over thirty years of constructing and renovating improvement projects and homes. My construction supervision experience results in plans that minimize confusion, misuderstandings, and unforeseen structural problems.

Phoenix Six started with a camp originally constructed in 1880, modified a hundred years late and then damaged by a fire. Arnold dealt witb 5 family members and converted our property into a lovely family owned year-round home with modern conveniences to be shared by five families. This was not an easy task and we are truly impressed with the results.

Great experience return call right away. The design I had in my head turned into reality. Would recommend to anyone looking for excellent blue prints. Can't say enough about how good the experience was put my idea on paper highly recommend!!!!!

"I have no idea who this could be. I do know that I didn't work with anyone that didn't get their money worth. Notice that they didn't identify themselves or their location. Also notice, that at the time someone wrote this, the rating below was the person I had just finished designing a 3,000 sq.ft. colonial home to be built in Sherborn, MA."

Arnold owner of Phoenix Six Associates was very easy to talk to. He made me feel comfortable and helped me design and create the house of my dreams. He made amazing suggestions and was very patient when I was not sure of many things. He always answered or returned my calls and made me feel important. I feel my home was a team effort and I would highly recommend him to my family and friends and anyone who needs a job done right and reasonable. Arnold was awesome! He provided ideas that I never would have thought of in a million years! I had ideas for the job; he took my basic ideas to a higher level, to add style, versatility, to make my home look beautiful also more desirable for resale! I didnt like the way my home looked before; this addition has totally changed the appearance. Now it looks beautiful, inside and out! No regrets. Arnold also has years of professional experience working in construction before becoming an architect, which only enhances his abilities. He is also excellent about answering any questions at all. Arnold is outstanding! Job well done!!!

the project went well. They had great ideas for us and we made many changes based those ideas. The person we worked with was very friendly and professional. We didn't feel rushed to get out plans done. He told us that he was with us through the whole project and for us thats good to know that we can go back to him as we are building our home with any questions that come up.
