"Received estimate on 11/14/16 from Wayne. Was told that it would be a week out before scheduling, Crew showed up on 11/15/16 to take care of the job. All in all, unless the lack of service from East Coast Gutter - Hollis, NH, Gutter Kings was very responsive, professional, and quick with the repair. Yes, there are several downsides to installing rain chains. For one, rain chains have a lower flow capacity than a typical gutter and downspout system. This means that if there is a rainstorm, the rain chain can stop working completely. Rain chains also cannot redirect rainwater away from your house.
