From quote of project to time line. I cannot say enough about the expertise of the workers which matched their work ethic. Always making sure every detail was on point and approved by me. A full Bathroom update plus laying over 300 square feet of tile with full demo of both areas. To come under 3 weeks speaks to the diligence of their work. Every detail was 5 star and I would highly recommend this company. Along with this review will be photos of the project ( they speak for themselves)"

The first week of December went by and no workmen appeared. When I called to inquire, I was told that my service had been rescheduled for Jan 1! I said that couldn&#39;t possible work, since my gutters (in Massachusetts) would be frozen over by then. The person (computer?) I spoke to said they would put me on the &#34;urgent&#34; list and try to get to me earlier. Now Jan 1 has come and gone and no workmen have appeared and no one has contacted me from Ned Stevens. What kind of outfit is this? My gutters are completely frozen over and I&#39;m afraid we&#39;ll develop an ice jam on the roof. I am 85 years old, and my husband is 89 and has Alzheimers."
