While it was rare, we had a couple understandable miscommunications along the way. They were extremely fair with how these were handled. Construction costs are so high that it feels really good to still feel like it was money well spent. We also looked at other reputable contractors in the area and found their prices to be competitive. The contractors they worked !with also showed up when they said they would and were polite. Overall it was a really positive experience."
