From the time Curt came out to take a look at our issue, from the time the team was wrapping up the work, everyone was extremely professional and friendly. We always heard from Curt when he said we would hear from him, and the team on-site was a hard-working group of professionals. The quote from Real Dry was about 3k less than competitors. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and no surprise add-ons to the quote. And the work they performed is top notch! They did a fantastic job and they will be my go-to company for any services they offer. We are very happy with the entire experience!"

Paul came up with a great plan and walked us through all the options. Every step was professionally taken care of. We had many changes along the way and each change was met with ease and flexibility. All pricing was given to us upfront so there were no surprises. They never said no, just set expectations of what should be done and how. They educated us on every step. We're now left with an amazing yard for the dogs and even a putting green. Our family is so happy and we look forward to many more projects with Turf Prep in the future. "We noticed a slight leak around the base of the main-bath toilet, so we called a few plumbers. Aqua was the only one that had a live person answer the phone. Megan from Aqua took down the information on our plumbing issue and indicated a plumber could come out first thing the next morning. Tyler, the plumber from Aqua, called us first thing that morning to say he was on his way. He arrived shortly after with his assistant, and he replaced the toilet wax wing with two rings. We also asked him to check the slow-draining sink in the main bath, which he snaked. He then made sure both the toilet and sink drain were working well. Megan from the office left a voicemail the other morning to check on things. The job went well from Megan's scheduling and "after-care" call to Tyler's work."
