Working with Paul, Mike, Tom, Jack and the rest of the crew is always a wonderful experience. We started with a meeting about how to protect our 6 dogs and still make the yard look great. Paul came up with a great plan and walked us through all the options. Every step was professionally taken care of. We had many changes along the way and each change was met with ease and flexibility. All pricing was given to us upfront so there were no surprises. They never said no, just set expectations of what should be done and how. They educated us on every step. We're now left with an amazing yard for the dogs and even a putting green. Our family is so happy and we look forward to many more projects with Turf Prep in the future. This company did some work at my next door neighbor's house and their careless workers tore up my lawn with their vehicles. Brought it to their attention and they brushed it off, contacted the main office FOUR times via phone and email and they didn't seem to care or return phonecalls. Why would anyone do business with such an unprofessional and careless company?
