I called Desmond Well after being told at the 11th hour that I needed a new well by another local well company who left me in the lurch. I had tenants coming in three weeks! Desmond was incredibly responsive to my predicament and they pulled out all the stops to help. They were efficient, competitively priced, friendly and professional. While using the best materials, I had a positive experience with every person I had contact with in their company. This included the owner, the office staff and the men who dug the well. I would highly recommend Desmond and I am very grateful for their excellent service and getting me out of a bind.

EXCELLENT. Technicians were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They were careful about tracking snow into the house and appreciative of cleared space in which to work. Office staff was sharp, knowledgeable, efficient and pro-active. Quick response to our situation. Work done in 45 minutes. Very reasonable bill. Would enthusiastically recommend to all.

Very professional team showed up and tried the best they could to get the existing well to pass inspection for home sale. I think they went above and beyond to try to save us money but the well and tank were simply too old. Expansion tank barely worked and pump was drawing in air, system was very old. They spent a lot of time tweaking it but it was too old and beat. They quickly installed a new well with pump in it instead of in basement (much quieter) and new tank for a great price. Now instead of 4 gpm the new owners get 12. Thanks guys!

They are very informative and keep very good records on your system. The advice they give is great as well, the help you make the right decision that doesn’t require extra work in the long run.
