Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."

Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate. "We had this company build a new master-suite in our home. That included floor plan changes, tiling the bath, installing a new shower, a jetted tub and a new toilet. Only 3 months after many things fall apart. A glass shelf almost fell in the tub when my wife was in it. It almost injured her. Towel racks came of the walls leaving giant holes behind. The brand new tub stoped draining. I brought in a licensed plumber to fix that and he told me he never saw "such a sh*tshow". And conveniently Mike told me in the middle of he project that his company declared bankruptcy, so no point suing him."

"Nick did a quality job in fixing the rotted custom woodwork on the exterior of my house by replacing it with PVC Trimboard, and the results look great. He also did a nice job in replacing my rusted bulkhead and the back door to the garage, along with removing an exterior shower. Nick showed a commitment to excellence and completed the entire job on time with a fair price. His part-time assistant Andy also did great work. Nick is a professional who definitely knows his craft and is easy to work with. He explained the job required and answered all my questions in terms that I understood.
