"I did not want to write a review. The employees and staff I dealt with were good. The new owner, from what I understand, has very little knowledge and is not qualified, in my opinion. NO people skills at all!! I needed 38 sq. feet of tile installed. 38 12inch by 12inch, that's it. It looked terrible. I called him and talked. About half way through I told him he needed to look at it. He kept talking without even seeing it. When he did come by he did not have much comment and said he isn't a tile layer. Don't have to be to see the outcome. He sent guys over here three times to try to make it look right. Still a bad job. I said I need the old demoed tiles taken and, if you can believe it, he said they do not take old tiles because of weight and he pays by weight for his dumpster and would cost extra. This was not included in estimate. I have spent more time and money than he did on the job. This review is no reflection on others. Owner only. STAY AWAY!!!"

He was also knowledgeable about helping us choose the right paint color and finish. He even stood by his work and helped us fix a snafu weeks later in the bathroom due us not having a working fan.
