Deck or Porch - Repair
They originally said it would take 3-4 days. They were supposed to sand and paint the deck. They did not do any sanding, which is the most laborious part. They just painted over the old coating. They started a few days later than scheduled. They finished the deck in one day, because they had another project due. They cut short the work. I have worked on the deck before. Without sanding, the paint will peel off after a short time. I am very disappointed at their quality of work. I would not hire them again or recommend them.

"In a little floor section need replace it because was rotten, let me change that section free for you and now will be good. I try work fast for my costumers I told you around 3-4 days but with 2 guys and myself working that work finish in one day, also I had my truck broken and I wished finish your work faster making up for the delay start. My apologies but I'm willing to give away to change the small section of floor."

They had the job done 90% of it in one day. They will be coming back to protective seal coat the whole deck in a week or 2. Daniel was very pleasant and easy to talk.
