It worked fine until it didn't. in 2020, we called Sondrini Enterprises, and they came within a week to investigate and fix the issue. It needed a new motor. We called again and Nate Sondrini, personally, was able to diagnose and, over the phone, provided us with simple step-by-step instructions that resulted in solving, what turned out to be a very simple problem.
