Premier Pavers was always extremely responsive by email, phone and text. Their billing was professional and work was done in a timely way. When a couple of items weren't done to my satisfaction they re-did the work promptly and with no questions asked. Frankly, this is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor. Premier took care of dealing with the subcontractors and with the city for the permits (the permitting was no easy task and required many calls to the city). They weren't the cheapest bid for the project but they weren't exorbitant either. I'm really glad I didn't go with the cheapest bid on this project."

Artistic Landscapes LLC is a landscape design/build firm now accepting projects for June of 2018. We pride ourselves on listening to our clients' needs and addressing those needs by creating a custom landscape design or maintenance plan while adhering to their budget. We design very effective low voltage lighting systems, patios and walkways built with pavers and natural stones, decorative ponds as well as your more typical landscaping needs such as lawns, plants and irrigation systems. Our landscaping plans are as elaborate or basic as you wish. Our staff include MCLP (Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professional) and certified installer of pavers and segmental retaining walls and we are a certified designer and installer of low voltage landscape lights. Tony has owned and run Artistic Landscapes since its inception, in 2004, and he was elated to be recognized as the "Match of the Game" by the New England Patriots Vince Wilfork for his mentoring efforts through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program of Massachusetts.

I would say 95% of the leaves were picked up and the remaining leaves are under snow. I don't know how they did it. All were very pleasant and worked hard. I don't usually leave reviews, but just had to today. We've had this company here for yard cleanup three years in a row now ... Will see you again next year. ... Thank you very much!"

This Spring one of his employees mistakenly caused irreparable damage to one of the air conditioning units outside requiring us to purchase a new replacement. Rudy recognized his responsibility and was communicative until we reached out to him to work out an equitable solution for us to get paid back for our out of pocket costs (over $2,000). We offered different options to minimize his financial impact-including having him work off the value of what we paid. Despite our outreach, several times over 6 weeks, Rudy went dark without any response to our various texts and calls. We reached out to him again on my wife's phone which he promptly picked up as he did not recognize the number. We scheduled a day for him to come by and discuss and, while he texted us before he came, he did not get out of his car and left after 5 minutes( leaving within the timeframe he said he would be arriving). We asked him to please come back which was about 3 minutes later and he would not. Rudy continues not to respond to any of our outreach. We think that consumers should be aware of this lack of response/accountability and consider whether to hire his company given the risk of not getting reimbursed for any possible damage done to their property."
