"Mr. Pontes and his team did a wonderful job on our outdoor enclosed porch. Some of the projects were: Removal the old carpet and disposal, replace the screens around the whole room, install new vinyl floor 100% waterproof, scrape and sand the wood ceiling, painted wood and siding, one coat of stain on ceiling, one coat of clear Polyurethane on ceiling and many more things also. "The job was to hand grind and flatten an 18 x 5 cement kitchen floor which was terribly installed wavy and bumpy by another contractor. The goal was vinyl plank which requires totally flat. Anderson is a skilled and friendly guy. But he told us with great confidence on Tuesday that he could do the job for us - no problem it's going to be great. On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."

Showed up early and worked long days to get it done. One of the guys was able to shimmy into a very tight and awkward spot due to the porch structure to get every area of the foundation.
