Customers say: Quality work
"Our water heat tank leaked. We called two plumbers and one need to wait for a week and the other required scheduling. So we called Floros. He gave us a quote after receiving the photos, and visited us on the same day. The work was done smoothly. He is knowledgeable and is helpful when we asked him about other issues in our unit. We will hire him again."

Customers say: True professional
"We were looking to replace a tub and fix a leak in our old house. Jeff came and inspected and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They replaced the tub and the tile contractors were great. We then thought we'd just throw in a change of toilet and that then revealed a serious flooring problem. We ended up remodeling the small bathroom and Jeff did a great job. He is honest and wants to make the customer happy."

"I called 4 well and pump specialists a couple of Saturdays ago when my well pump started running constantly. John called me back within a couple hours, the only one of the four to respond to date. He had a moment, and we talked through the issue on the phone. John stayed on the line as I made several adjustments and performed some basic diagnostic tests on the system. He was able to guide me through an immediate fix and asked that I make an additional repair (replace Pressure Gauge) and call back if there was future trouble or questions. This took close to 30 minutes of his time. As he had a moment, and I am a contractor with some hands on ability and tools - no charge! Awesome experience. Anyone else would have sent a tech at weekend rates. Well Water Connection just moved to the top of my call list."
