I pulled up my carpet and found the dreaded 9" tiles underneath, we were convinced they were asbestos and contacted Karma. Kristen answered my call and promptly set up an appointment for Jared to come over that afternoon, he showed up right on time and went over everything that would have to be done to remove and certify that the room was clear. He took a sample for testing to prove that it was indeed asbestos and two days later I got a call and email certifying that it was NOT asbestos! Best $50 I ever paid, highly recommend Karma.
