I also had an old wooden mast that they changed out and replaced with a much nicer modern fixture which was great. My house was old and I actually bought it many years ago as a forclosure renovation. So some of the previous work was old and not done correctly. Carmen, Shawn and his team were great to work with. I was worried that no one would take the job because the previous owner had not done a great job. This was important to me because the boiler sits below our family room, and the noise level of the boiler was as issue. His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"Set up an appointment for an initial 10 minute phone call to talk about what we wanted. Tom ended up spending 25 minutes with us and answered a ton of questions. We subsequently set up an appointment for an initial pre-build inspection of the foundation, framing, roof, and windows. Tom was very thorough. He obviously knew his stuff. Pointed out several items that needed addressing before the insulation and walls went up. Couldn’t be happier with the amount of time he spent, how thorough he was and how much he listened to all my stupid questions and answered them in a language that I could understand. We will have him back before the next phase starts and probably a couple more times before we close. Anyone building a house or buying a new home would be wise to hire Tom. Great piece of mind and cheap insurance. Plus, he’s a really nice guy to boot."
