"I want to start off by saying that M&L landscaping did an amazing job with my yard from start to finish. I contacted with Leo on Saturday and he was able to come by the house the next day. We walked through the yard and talked about ideas for a design for the front of the yard (add color the the landscape and reseed the grass) and also clean up the long neglected backyard. Leo was very friendly, made me feel confident in his feedback and comfortable to proceed with the project. Leo and his crew came the next week and finished the job over a three day period. "Our yard had become overgrown with brush, fallen branches and just a mess.  Found Mark on Angie's List, along with others who I asked to come over and bid.  While Mark was not the lowest, he had a very competitive price.  But more important was his earnest commitment to my satisfaction.  I have a very odd piece of property, sitting on two streets with lots of tough terrain and he told me he will get this yard in great shape and came across as very believable. 
I am very happy with the work that was done, I see yard that I have never seen - we moved in and it was already tough, just got worse over the years.  Mark followed up with me at the end of the day to check in and let me know his crew would be back the next day.  I had two callouts and those were taken care of that next day, along with the final picking up. 
There was a change in original date, but i still rated punctuality as 'A' since Mark informed me of change, gave specfic new date and new date was still in my desired window for completeion.  I would not hesitate to use MAS again.

"Moises saw my vision and delivered exactly what I had hoped for. He and his team installed 180ft. of pathways around my flower beds. Moises promised completion of this job in 3 days, and he and his team worked very hard in 90+ degree weather, to make this happen. They dug out the paths, installed metal edging; added landscape cloth, crushed stone and cement, before arranging the stepping stones along the paths, and then finally added pea stone around the stepping stones. The result totally transformed my garden. It now seems quite magical. At every stage Moises and his team were meticulous and displayed great pride in their work. The finishing touches, of mulching the flower beds with a good quality black mulch and washing down the pathways, made for quite a dramatic display. We could not be more pleased with this work. We have already hired Moises for other jobs around our property, and I intend for him to be my go-to landscaper for any future work. The team were skilled, hard working and meticulous. "We engaged UAM to fix up a gravel driveway in front of the house. The original gravel had become overgrown with weeds and was uneven. Usiel proposed removing and replacing the gravel and the top layer of stone pack underneath. We agreed on a price, which was very fair. The crew showed up at the agreed time and did a great job, even removing weeds from a nearby brick path at no extra cost. I was impressed with the amount of equipment UAM brought for a relatively small job. When completed, the crew cleaned up professionally; You would never know that they'd been there.
