"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

I did a lot of research, only to find that no one wanted to give me an estimate without a hefty deposit, or they said that the job was too small, or they didn't have the time, or I couldn't afford them. But then I found Jim on HomeAdvisor. What a blessing! He gave me a detailed estimate via email after I sent him pictures of the project. I bought the material myself so he only charged me for labor. While he was installing my screen door (the 1st small job), I asked him to do another small job for me - no problem. He fit me in - in between other jobs that he had going on. He is a perfectionist, to say the least. Everything he did was absolutely fantastic. He is very respectful and was patient with all my questions. He followed up with me after the job was done to be sure that it was done to my liking. I have used a lot of contractors over the years, and have never found anyone as wonderful as Jim. I highly recommend JM Begin Construction, and will be hiring him for all my projects!"

We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job.
