"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

He is a perfectionist, to say the least. Everything he did was absolutely fantastic. He is very respectful and was patient with all my questions. He followed up with me after the job was done to be sure that it was done to my liking. I have used a lot of contractors over the years, and have never found anyone as wonderful as Jim. I highly recommend JM Begin Construction, and will be hiring him for all my projects!"
