He came to take measurements and order the new window and miscellaneous supplies. Once the window was in he scheduled the work. His work was impeccable. The window is in perfectly, it is perfectly insulated and the surrounding wood was replaced. I am very pleased with the complete job and highly recommend Jim to you."

"The 3 other contactors came up with much higher prices and we did not like that they did not separate labor and materials. One did not appear very honest because because he claimed there were no triple pane Marvin windows ... but that option is available because that is what the selected contractor has ordered from Marvin. It seems that one is best off with a small contractor because the other have large office overhead and slap on extra costs for the window ordering. Ours has not, and he has been transparent on the costs. We have used him before for major projects."

Their employees worked hard to make sure I was always informed on the status of the project. They took care to protect the house during the removal of the existing roof shingles. During installation of the new shingles the on-site crew responded quickly to my questions and concerns and resolved matters to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again."
