Amazing communication, stayed on budget, worked very well with us and the work was done quickly and exactly as described. Any issues were immediately dealt with. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"The initial work was done in a day and it seemed to have gone smoothly, but then after a month the garage door seemed to not work properly. The garage door would hesitate when initially lifting up and the motor was not as quiet. I had them come out a couple of times to double check everything and they said everything was fine. After 6 months it just got worse and worse. I finally called another garage door company and they said that the motor was possibly defective. I called Altas again to have them determine if the motor was defective, but they never returned my calls or came our again. I had the second garage door company come out to look at it and they determined that the motor was not defective, but that it was installed incorrectly."

Windows & Doors 2 each, minimum entrance type doors 5 each, minimum replacement windows We only do installations for windows and doors that are ordered through our company. We do not install customer purchased products. We do not do window and door repairs that are not part of replacements.
