"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

He told us that he wouldn't be able to get to the job until the end of the month/start of November, which was fine. He gave us a call a couple weeks later that he'd be able to start on the 26th. I definitely appreciate the week lead time to give us time to clean out the rooms. He said that he'd arrive at 7am, and he did on both days. The work looks fantastic. The area is clean afterwards and you'd never know he was there. We're planning on having him sand and refinish some existing floors at a later date. He is also doing some work for my father-in-law in the Mid-Cape area. So not only are we planning on using him again and would recommend him to others, we recommended him to my wife's father!"
