"I highly recommend using Grass Roots Irrigation to install and maintain a lawn sprinkler system. The total cost was very reasonable at about $4000 for 6 zones, 28 sprinkler heads, and a wi-fi controller that is managed on my cell phone. My home is over 100 years old and needed plumbing work and coordination with the city water department to meet water pressure regulations. Grass Roots managed all of this at no extra cost. This definitely a 5 star company to work with."

"Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business."
