Task Easy changed their process to one of rotation. Now customers are getting new contractors and that is devastating. I have told them numerous times that I want to keep my contractor and they act like I am talking aTask Easy changed their process for sending contractors to the field. I have had the same lawn service for years. Recently they foreign language. Their new process is chaotic, disorganized, and definitely not customer friendly.

Used service since 2016. Quality has gone down dramatically. Over the last 2 seasons, I got many reschedules. Found it easier to cancel then trying to get contractor to come for recurring lawn mowing service.

This is a third party lawn care provider. The communication is horrible and you end up paying more to have someone clean up their mess... please do not waste your time and efforts!

They did an excellent job at my home. However, when I rented my home and no longer needed their services, they kept coming. I m still not sure they have got the message I no longer require their service. Should I need their services again, I would call them.

There is no such thing as customer service. Contractors do not think it necessary to contact the homeowners. Contractors either do not read the directions passed through by TaskEasy or do not get the directions. If the contractors damage your property or break a window you HAVE A MYSTERIOUSLY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME TO MAKE A CLAIM and -even if you send them the pictures they ask for THEY WILL SAY THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THEM. If you try to speak with their *customer service* they will 1) say they cannot access that information (something is wrong with their system) then say 2) I will speak with the supervisor and then 3) the supervisor is a) in a meeting or b) helping another customer and 4) the supervisor will call you back. IT NEVER HAPPENS. I had my door window broken by a careless contractor who did not read my directions about not using blowers. I tried to make a claim. I sent them my pictures. They claimed they did not receive them and they denied the claim because the timeline had passed. There is NO MENTION regarding timelines to make a claim. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE else.

I ordered the premium package & found out that does not include removing leaves & magnolia cobs as well as their leaves off of your lawn. Does not include removing palm dates after falling to the ground, which means if you have a fruit tree, the fallen fruit will stay on the ground. Broken branches & twigs stay on the ground as well. They told me this is called a fall clean up.

I'm not picky when someone comes. If the contractor doesn't show, they always contact me that they will follow up. Usually on time. Nice work. Did not know trimming would cost more, so it is not part of what I get. I just have the guy mow my lawn front and back.

Contacted on a Wednesday and service was promised by Friday. 8:00 pm received an email that it wasn't done. That they would reschedule and email me a new time. Never received an email, so I called the following Tuesday and talked to call center. I was assured that it would be taken care of. Didn't hear anything Wednesday like I was told so I called back late in the evening and brought my concerns. I was then told they would have the service done and would call me on Thursday with the information by noon. On Thursday at 2:30 pm they called and told me the contractor had a flat tire on Wednesday (what happened the days before?) and they would have it done by days end. It is now Saturday and it is still not done and have not heard anything back about why?

Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business.
