I am present on every job doing the work with one helper. It is a 2 man crew. We work for cash or checks & can make payment arrangements if needed. Award winning. "Thumbs up across the board. The technician definitely knew his stuff. Was able to dismantle the Morso insert in our fireplace with little to no difficulty, and determine that having the 2nd flue cleaned was likely worth the money. And after seeing what came out of the cleaning process, there was no doubt he was right. That said, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the whole job, given how dirty the work of sweeping a chimney naturally is. He also confirmed that our chimney cap and pointing appeared to be in very good shape, which was helpful and reassuring."

Early August Gary gave us a reasonable priced quote, he was not the cheapest but he lived in town and was a vet. Gave him the first check and signed contract - 75% of the scraping and painting was done and he showed up looking to see if we could advance him the next payment. His truck was "dead" and he could not afford the repairs. Yup we gave him the check for the next 3rd. then we never saw him again and to the point I waited out infant of his house to get a lot of excuses. Project started in Aug and his tarps and buckets are now snow filled on the side of my house and carpentry work has ever been done. calls not returned, work not done, promises broken but checks were cashed ASAP!"
