He is very professional in every way and he is totally willing to work with you. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was up to code and he had to do some pretty specific things to make that happen. He didn't charge any extra even though he did extra work for us. He is just very easy to work with in that regard.

Mike was very responsive and came the same day as the call. I have two flues, one for furnace and another for fireplace. Mike cleaned the fireplace which had not been done for three years ( I used Mike's services the last time I had it cleaned ), but said that the furnace flue did not require cleaning at this time. The Chimney masonry needs some repair and a few bricks need to be replaced and Mike recommended applying a water repellent and quoted $900 for the total job. Another contractor told me that the whole upper chimney needed to be torn down and replaced for around $5,000. Mike said the extensive work was not necessary. I highly recommend Central New England Chimney Sweeps for reliable and cost effective maintenance and repairs.
