He installed all new wiring, inside and outside lights, and designated outlets for items like a microwave oven and future hot water heater. My contractor was impressed with the quality of Dominic's electrical rough-in. After the insulation and sheetrock were completed, he returned to add all the fixtures, switchplates, smoke detector, etc. Everything looks great. I've used Dominic a couple of times, and he does a neat, professional job, always responsive to the customer's needs."

"I bought a $9K generator and installation through Lowe's. This company was the assigned installer. The initial appointment with Patrick went fine. Everything afterwards went south: - calls for scheduling took forever and the attitude was rather rude - techs don't call ahead when arriving (late) to the property - no communication when the next trade would come, what the next steps are or when the project would be finished - project not completely finished after three months (finishing details still missing) - start-up tech even recommneded to me not buy the service package from the company he is working for (says a lot....). Apparently this seemed a good company at some point but the office needs significant training and upgrades. Not sure where the owner is. His sales pitch was good but he disappreared in the meantime. Since the problems started, no one has reached to me to find a reasonable resolution. I can live with problems if they are dealt with."
