Windows were replaced and exterior frames wrapped efficiently and with expertise in two days. Very pleased with workmanship, product and results.

From the start with Frank who was wonderful and was very forthcoming in all questions. I had alot of them. Angela in the office called and scheduled my job with my schedule in mind was great. Dan & Jt did a wonderful job I could not even tell they were the rooms they were quiet worked great together and kept all cleaned up. They were very careful around my pups which is great. I am so happy with my new windows they make such a difference than you so much Residential Specialists.

Great very helpful and friendly window guys respectful of my cat siding guys were great cleaned up and make sure things were put back as they were.

I agree 100% with the previous review. We got the exact same workmanship, and treatment. In all our years we've never seen a business run so poorly, with such shoddy work. Pictures are worth 1000 words... so true! We contracted work to be done last August 8th, 2016, and to this day are still trying to get them to finish and correct the messes they made. They were supposed to have a dumpster for the siding removal, but it wasn't here and they dumped everything, nails and all, right on the ground next to where we park. Also, we're snowbirds, and wanted the work completed before we left for FL in November, and before winter set in. That gave them 3 full months to complete the job! We went to see them after they were supposedly finished, taking pictures to show what we were complaining about, and explain our worries. They were paid right up front when they had us sign for a credit card with 0% interest for 1 yr. Well, that year will be up in less than a month, and the work is still unfinished, and what was done is not fixed. We were concerned because we had the old siding removed and they used nails that were too long and were meant to go through both the new and old siding. Our whole house has exterior plywood on it under the siding... smooth and like new! We wanted the old siding removed purposely so the new siding wouldn't buckle and look bad. That's NOT what we got! It's warped and crooked. He told us the same thing as the previous reviewer, that it's because of the walls! LOL The walls were like new! Everything was done as if they didn't know how to do it right. Corners weren't cut right, nothing lines up, things left uncovered, gutters left hanging, etc. We could go on and on! The thing that worried us most, and for good reason, is the nails they used... 2 1/2" nails to go through just the new thin siding... one layer into the clean plywood! We told Michael about it, and he said he's been doing this for many years and that's what they always use, and he's never had a fire yet! Well, when we got back from Florida in May, we contacted them because they never even put the gutters back on, causing holes and mud from the downpours. At that point, he sent up the two men that put the windows in the garage. They were good workers when they put the windows in, and seemed to know what they're doing, so we were glad he sent them instead of the person that originally did the work on the siding. We showed them all the things we were unhappy with, and they both agreed with us about the shoddy work that was done, and said they'd fix it all. We felt confident at that point that the work would finally get done right. A storm was brewing the day they came, and so they most likely wouldn't get much done that day, but when he put the ladder up to inspect the overhang and start working, he was almost knocked off the ladder because he got a real bad shock!!! He said the whole flashing is 'live'... that's 54' of 'HOT' flashing! A nail must be hitting one of the wires (exactly what we were afraid of!). Now we're really concerned about it! He got down off the ladder and said he'd be back. He said they were in the middle of a big job west of us. We have never heard from them since!!! When we didn't hear from anyone, we stopped over to the office on June 22, 2017, after a doctor's appointment which was just down the road. Angela was there alone, and said she knew about it and was surprised they never called us, but she would have them get back to us that day. She said they were very busy and they probably wouldn't be able to get to it until after the 4th of July holiday. It is now July 12th, and we still have not seen them, or received one word from them. Our signed contract says under the Warranty: "The contractor warrants that the work furnished hereunder shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year following completion and shall comply with the requirements of this Agreement. In the event any defect in workmanship or materials, or damage caused by the Contractor, his subcontractors, employees or agents, is discovered within one year after completion of any job, including cleanup, the Contractor shall, at his own expense, forthwith remedy, repair, correct, replace, or cause to be remedied, repars, or replaced, such damage or such defect in materials or workmanship. The foregoing warranties shall survive any inspection performed in connection with the agreed-upon work." In conclusion, if we don't hear from them within the next week, we're considering small claims court or some action against them! This has not been a pleasant experience, and we would NOT recommend doing business with them. We have tried being understanding and so patient with them, but we've reached our limit!

The installation was terrible. The supplies literally blew away twice (see pic) and my house was left for nearly two weeks completely stripped of siding and exposed for two SEVERE winter storms. The second storm was so severe that it blew the few rows of siding on the front of my house off my house! Each time my daughter and I had to pick up this mess and there is still bits of siding and insulation across the road from me and in the cow pasture. Her Jeep door mirror was broken when the siding blew over into it. I have a Culligan water filtration system with an exterior drain that was pushed flat into the east wall (see pic) and sided OVER preventing the system from flushing and could have led to a fire. This was caught by the great folks of Culligan while delivering salt, Thanks God. The siding hangs unevenly on the north and south walls (see pic) and the folks at Residential Specialists are blaming the crappy appearance/result on the actual walls of the house being uneven and told my daughter when they came in June that they are done and are not coming back to repair it, nor did they pick up the nails and bits of siding, nor did they finish installing the rest of the exterior trim. I am in the process of getting a second opinion from a reputable contractor to fix this mess and was called a bully and liar for advocating for myself - a single mom and high school teacher. They obtained NO Mass building permit. I am also contacting the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and filing a complaint! This is the actual quote from the owner in my last email correspondence: " Once again Suzan, please feel free to call me, texting (email) is not transparent solution. MY HOURS OF OPERATION 8:30AM-3:30PM. You obvisously have not interpreted any of our actions accurately. Please call during business hours to be properly directed in our finished work. Your statements are falsely characterized. I also have pics. Sincerely Michael p.s. I will never be bullied by fictitious statements and/or threats. 36 years I’ve heard and seen it all". UNBELIEVABLE! I HAVE NEVER, EVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS BY A CONTRACTOR! Do NOT do business with these people! I do NOT want them back on my property. ALSO, I believe that this is a bait and switch. The insulation their sales person showed my daughter and I was clearly NOT the same insulation installed at my home - hence, one more reason why I am contacting the Mass Attorney General's Office requesting their involvement. Wish I had a pic of THAT!

Within a few days the owner as well as the installed arrived and took measurements of each window including any modifications needed for a perfect fit. We reviewed each window as to grill patterns, screen sizes, locks, etc. etc. We were told that the windows would take approximately two weeks to arrive. The windows arrived as stated and the installers came the next day. They installed all 24 windows in less than 3 days. After each window was installed the areal was immediately cleaned and vacuumed. All  trash was removed at the end of each day.  After completion, the installers reviewed all cleaning and operating instructions, (removing screens, tilting windows for cleaning, etc.  As a handyman, I observed the installation and asked very specific question in-which the installers responded with specific answers. In conclusion, the installation was non intrusive and efficient. We were so impressed we gave the installers a tip! 

The worst company I have ever worked with. They are incredibly overpriced and it was just a terrible experience. The quality of the work was terrible as well. The first day of work it looked like it might rain, and the workers got up and left immediately leaving all of their things at my home and their tools plugged into our outdoor outlets. They also took all the extra siding that was not used on the house, which I did not appreciate since I purchased the siding.

We decided we wanted a sliding glass door to go from our bedroom to our backyard deck.
The two men sent were great.  They cut the hole in the side of the house, framed in a new door, installed and made the outside siding look like it had always been there.

We had Frank come here, actually twice. Last year we were quoted for siding, then we received a phone call this year that siding had been drastically reduced, we could save thousands! With that phone call we decided to investigate siding again and scheduled four folks a week ago to come and quote the job. Frank from Residential Specialists was the first, knowledgeable and his pricing was about a thousand dollars less than the quote from a year ago. It did not include the porch, lower rear section of the house or detail on the sun room. Other quotes we received later in the week did include these pieces of the home. We went with another company who quoted less and is enthusiastic to complete the job.
Frank called me today, when I told him of the outcome he said we "deserved each other". I was disgusted at his tone and simply hung up the phone. There is no call for such nasty customer service.

Had my entire house sided by this company a couple of years ago and felt that they did a great job.  Entire job at that time was $13800.  Called them this June to get a quote to have the aluminum facia covering replaced.  I had every intention of paying for this small job, however was quoted with $800 to complete this job.  Have since been quoted by 2 other companies half of that amount.  Would have thought that after giving them the work two years ago, they might have wanted to keep my future business with a competitive quote.

No problems or issues.   A little expensive but they did a fantastic and professional job.  They took their time and it shows in the quality of work they preformed.  Very happy with the results.

They are very professional and did everything they promised. They cleaned up every day before they left and finished in a timely manner.

They did an excellent job but I thought the cost of the siding was very expenive. The workers were very knowledgeable and professional. Work start two days earlier than I expected.

Angie Resolution was used because there were spots where the insulation has been skipped - When I called and told them that I thought there was no insulation, it was difficult to get them to even come out when I was home to inspect the areas of my concern.  It was very difficult working with the front office - times were set up so I could be home, but workers would show up and I wasn't home.   One time would be set up and then I'd get home to find a message that the time had been changed. 

 It seemed that the front had little communication with their installers. (And even then I had to have them return a 2nd time to complete it - again when I was not home!) Apparently the Styrofoam insulation part provides more of a wind barrier and actually had a low R factor - I made the investment thinking I was actually adding some R value insulation to the walls.

The experience was positive. The product was very good. They knew how to install windows. What I ordered and paid for is what I have got.

I found that their salesman that come were a little bit pushy. I am well versed with the product. I had already made my final decision,  and they were still trying to up sell me. The people that do the installation are very professional. They do the job quickly, and clean up after themselves. They do excellent work.

Salesman was very informative and helped us get a payment we could afford ...love driving up to my home now !

When looking for a company to paint our in we were getting e trembly frustrated with the lack of expertise and professionalism from local contractors. The prices were outrageous and we were not confident of the outcomes. We then thought why spend the money and then in a few years do this all over agin. So then we thought about siding. We saw a television ad, called, a rep came right over. He was very pleasant and helpful and our stress level was greatly reduced. We arranged for a start date and the crew arrived. They were pleasant, clean, funny and very knowledgeable as to what they needed to do. The nature of our building did trot make it easy but they did a fine job. We are very proud. Our only drawback was the young guy you see on the tv ads. He was a bit arrogant about our desire to look things over before giving the final payment. But we only had to deal with hom once. All the other people in the company are very helpful and friendly.

Everything went fantastic.  We could not be happier.  I think we paid a little more than we could have gotten the job done elsewhere, however the workmanship and product quality made it work every penny.  I would highly recommend Residential Specialists.
