Of course, the crew was going to "be right back" with the right stem to fix it. That was Monday/Tuesday. It's now Saturday. The tech took a big deposit and GHOSTED. I've called multiple times. The customer service and dispatch are so ill-trained and inhuman....the level of disruption to our lives has been hard to quantify. "
