Each window had different issues I contacted them and they came and did an estimate for the work. They also explained exactly what work would be done. They were very thorough and transparent. They did the estimate in the fall and the work was scheduled in the spring. They came on the date that was scheduled, amazing! They were extremely reliable, and showed up for all work as scheduled.They did beautiful work. It is such a pleasure to be able to open all my windows!. The business is very well run, very professional. From the lovely woman in the office to the gentlemen that came to work at the house, they were all terrific. "Great! We have a 140-year old Victorian with third floor knee walls, very hard to insulate. Rob and his sons did a thorough job of applying high R-value insulation between the rafters, so we will have a cold roof to prevent ice dams in the future. Also had old casement windows in the basement that were falling apart, and they rebuilt four windows with new frames that look like cabinet work. Reasonable prices, great attitudes -- can't recommend more highly!"

They put two windows in for me (where windows didn't exist before) and covered up a window. They insulated and everything. No painting but that was cool. I was very impressed.
