We hired Matt to renovate portions of our basement. He came up with an ideal plan and he carried it out with meticulous attention to detail. Beyond his amazing work ethic, Matt truly cared about our health and safety as he took extra precautions to minimize construction dust. Matt is so personable, reliable, fair and always provided real-time updates throughout the project. Matt will always be our first call for any future home improvement need!

We hired Matt to reframe all of the windows in our Holliston home because we were concerned about rot. After re-shingling our dormers where there was water damage, he meticulously worked his way around all 21 windows, adding new trim, insulating them, and sealing them up tight. It looks like a new house! He is punctual, reliable and a great communicator. I can't say enough good things about him. We will definitely be calling East Coast Construction for our next project.

I have had Matt in to do 2 separate jobs The first was to install cabinet hinges and the next was to frame and paint the interior of My skylights. I found Matt to be personable and very skilled. I plan to use Matt for any additional projects around My home. Bill G

Matt is a talented, responsible/reliable carpenter/business owner that is passionate about his work and it shows. He responded quickly to our inquiry, followed up with an appointment and was timely and completed project as promised. His work is to perfection. He installed an exterior door and storm door, but that did not come without the surprise of extra rotting wood that needed attention!

The framing, plaster work and most importantly, the finishing work was done perfectly. East Coast Construction does truly amazing work. Matt is one of the most talented finish carpenters I've seen! He changed the whole dynamic of my living room by adding crown molding and updating my very drab fireplace and mantel, remodeled my home office and is currently working to give me my dream dining room. His work is beautiful, clean, he pays attention to detail, shows up on time, and his prices are very reasonable. He's a true professional - just show him what you want and he will deliver! After seeing his work I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else!

Matthew and his crew are excellent. This is the team you want to work on your projects. Friendly, precise and creativity drive this company - all great aspects to a successful project. I asked Matthew to come out and check out our pre-1900's 2nd floor. I needed work on the moulding, installing a new door and making sure the doors would be able to close. He came in, asked very detailed questions and estimated the project for me. I decided to go with him because 1) he came out on a Sunday for me, 2) asked questions that I had not thought of and 3) estimated the work within my budget. During the work, Matt was friendly and respectful. I work from home, so I was concerned there would be alot of noise and issues - but nope, that was not the case. He was as quiet as possible, he took care of my pine floors (laying out tarp), and interacted with me whenever there was a question/issue that might come up. The finished work is fantastic. I finally have closing doors! :) I will be working with him next on structural work and a bathroom remodel. I'm excited!
