"Bourke Remodeling has done beautiful work at my home. Theyâ ve been my main go to for many of my projects. Thanks to them i have a lovely brick patio, a picture window, and a great walk in shower! They are super reliable very reasonably priced and always communicated very well ! At the moment theyâ re doing a desperately needed foundation upgrade on my older home I highly recommend them and am extremely happy with how all of my home projects have turned out."

"Berty did a fantastic job! Very knowledgeable, he advised us as to the best options for our project in our budget and we are glad we listened to him. Very professional! He arrived on time, completed the project on time as promised. Was understanding when we needed to change the date and was able to work around our schedule. Very neat, the kitchen was left clean, did a good job sealing off the room so other rooms would not be affected by dust. Pleasant to work with and a reasonable price for the quality of work. We will never go to another plasterer for our future renovation needs. The walls and ceiling look amazing! We had another contractor come in to look at another project and the first thing he said when he saw Berty's work was "Well you got someone who knew what they were doing!" My husband said he wishes he were around to see how he did it, the walls and ceiling were so uneven to start and when he was done everything was so even. They look beautiful now! He did an awesome job! Highly recommend! If you want a job well done, call Berty now!

"Very well. They are honest. We had a leaking roof back in 2014. Most of the roofing companies said we need the new roof then we called Lightfoot company and they came out to patch it up and it still lasts us until 2021."

"Souza is fantastic! Our house needed both exterior carpentry repair and painting and internal painting. Souza did a great job on the inside painting, easy enough. But the trim all around the exterior of the house had some rot and needed to be replaced. Not all of it but a lot. We knew that there might be more rot than met the eye, so Souza gave me an estimate for what could be seen. Sure enough there were additional sections that needed to be replaced. Souza first showed me what they were, and what the incremental cost would be to get my approval before doing to work. The work spanned almost 2 weeks. They started each day at 8 AM, were totally unobtrusive (including having their own port-a-potty placed in my driveway), were quiet, no music, and cleaned up the job site entirely at the end of each day.
