"The response was very quick, within 24 hours a tech (Everardo) arrived on site. He identified a defective capacitor and installed a new one which restored our central air. We also had a diverter in zone 2 that stopped working. Everardo checked the wiring and system for defects. He isolated a defective motor. My system is 17 years old old so that particular motor was no longer manufactured. A new compatable diverter module was ordered and installed the following day.
