Innovative Contracting Services IncIt went extremely well. The work didn't start on time but because our end got screwed up by lockdown stuff. They were understanding and worked with us. Once the work started it went fast. The whole team from the guys pulling boards off the house to the people in the office were friendly and communicative. We didn't have a lot of mid-project changes or challenges, but what we did was worked through and everything came out to our satisfaction. The house has received many compliments. AW Puma Construction & Remodeling LLCI had them build a small sunroom on back of house. We had an old deck falling apart on the back of the house. We decided to have it removed and then build a small three season space that we could enjoy for the colder months. The bathroom needed some TLC and was potentially even original or semi-original. They took care of everything from permitting to finishing. My wife and I are ecstatic with how things turned out and would work with them again.- Brandon D.

Real Painting & Home ImprovementWhen we decided to paint our 16-year-old house we could not be happier with our decision to go with Real Painting & home-improvement. Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did. Communication —Carlos was in touch every day to check-in on progress and every day our house was left spotless. Price, Quality and Attention to detail these guys have it all !- Kim G.

Dimitri’s Painting & MasonryExcellent. His crew of 3-5 men arrived shortly before 7am and started on the dot. They worked so hard all day (zero time wasted) and at the end of the day cleaned up (you would never know they were there). The men working for him were respectful and fixed anything we asked. (Small drips around the house and screens) Dimitri also did masonry maintenance work for us as well. I found him to be extremely responsive and very good to his workers. (One hot day he stopped by with ice-cream for their break). Pleasure doing business, highly recommend this local company. 🙂- Amy D.

First of all they didn't pressure wash the house correctly. The second thing was in the contract to nail all the boards that were lifted and to have new nails if it needed it. After pressure washing the house I was already not satisfied and contacted the owner which told me they would do it over again and again it was not done correctly. The second thing was I witnessed one of the workers nailing in the same nails that have lifted out using a paint scraper to hammer it back in. When the second coat of paint was applied it didn't cover properly and they thought they were done. Fortunately I'm retired and now had to constantly watch them carefully. So when I start to complain he mentioned to the owner that he did over 300 homes and I was the worst customer he ever had. Funny when you go to his website he claims he has done over 3,300 homes. The final straw was when he was put in the shutters back up they were nailing the top corners too tight when they were bending in too tight where couple actually cracked. Really don't know what they're doing.

I ,reached out to Sams Painting, and he responded quickly via email. We set up a date and time to meet. He confirmed the night before. He was to show up on 9/22/20, @ 10:00 am. However, I was in the shower getting ready, and thought I heard my doorbell ring, and could not answer the door. 10:00 came and went, and he did not show up. I reached out to him via email and no response. Later in the day, I had company come over, and they saw that he had taped a business card on my door/house, and on the back stated he was there not at 10:00 as we had set up to me, but rather at 9:25 am (which is when I was not available.). I am also handicapped/disabled, making it even more difficult to get to the door as I was not ready, because he was 35 minutes early. I then reached out to Sam 3 more times via email to find out why he came early, and asking if he wanted to reschedule. NO RESPONSE again. For these reasons, I would not recommend or use. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
