Jeff and Colby arrived promptly and went right to work to put a new television up for us. They were pleasant , knowledgeable and helped us get to know its functions. They were so great we are using them again for another television and possibly some other applications. I highly recommend them.

My initial contact with Jeff was fairly straightforward and I was impressed. However; in hindsight he may have overstated his familiarity with the universal remote control system which had worked exceptionally well for years on my home theater system. After a recent move from my home to a new apt. I found the IR flashers which assisted in transmission of signals to individual components were lost in the move and required an increased level of familiarity with the system to rectify this situation. I was fortunate in that I had a copy of the programming on my laptop. The original installer had given me this saying someday it would come in handy. I explained that to Jeff but he had no interest in viewing or utilizing this which I found unusual. It took at least 4 separate visits before he felt he had been successful. The programming he installed worked for about a week before it failed. There are 2 issues with the service provided 1. after his programming, the system was confusing and operated differently depending on which remote was being used It just was not anything like it had operated for the almost 10 years of faithful service I had experienced. I canâ t understand what was so taboo about consulting the stored program I possessed. the system had a second receiver, and blue ray, as well as a cd/vhs player which he never inspected during his first 3 visits to see if it would require additional hardware. As a result, the system was partially programmed but with a constant hum from one channel which he just blamed on the inability he and his assistant had in removing the 42 inch flatscreen from the wall??? I think this is the strangest individual piece of the overall situation. I hired a home theater specialist who wasnâ t even able to remove the screen from the mounting belt on the wall. He didnâ t have the ability?? So I am left with finding a different company and paying someone else to come and correct or redo the work which cost me over $3000.00 to have performed. I will state I did consider reaching out to contact Jeff but at this point in time, I simply donâ t wish to have further dealings with his company. This was my first experience with Angieâ s list and at this point it will probably be my last, Unfortunately

Jeff is great! He did a TV and soundbar installation for me. The TV was a complex installation. He figured out how to do it, and executed a great approach to a perfect installation. He is deeply knowledgeable, but most of all is is completely committed to getting the job right. But most of all, he is a great guy. He has my absolutely highest recommendation.

Jeff contacted me promptly and was available promptly which made me happy becuase the TV and amp was not working. He came on schedule and was able to fix the problem. In addition he showed me some aspects of the equipment that I had never known to exist. I really enjoyed talking with him and how he demonstrated how the amp and TV worked. I can only give him the highest recommendation and complements.

Jeff called me the evening I put in the request. He tried helping me over the phone but we soon realized he had to come to the house. When he arrived he quickly knew where to look and what had to be done. Within minutes he had my video restored. He was pleasant and took time to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend him.
