Kevin did a great job installing and setting up my new Smart TV

5 star service from Steve Kenny and Jimmy. Steve assessed the project in advance on site to completion. Kenny and jimmy were great. Kenny the master electrician who installed and mounted tv on red brick fireplace plus installed Sonos soundbar. Kenny was able to conceal wiring perfectly. A great Team to work with.

After the install I had a problem and they would not service the products, after numerous calls I hired another company. Do not use them they will not stand behind there work or equipment.

Lee returned my call ASAP about a minor problem that I had. He walked me through it and within a couple of minutes it was all fixed.

I used the services to install a Home Theatre with projector . I didn't look at any other vendor after I spoke to Lee first time and true to the initial conversation everything turned out well.

Understood our need to get immediate service!!!!!!!!! Installed the next day!!!!!! Extremely competent. Will recommend them to our friends.

Great service and great work, very happy with the work they performed. Only thing I noticed was they didn't clean up that well at the end of the day and at the end of the job. Otherwise I am fully satisfied and would hire them again when needed.

Lee showed up on time ( 7.30 am) . Did a wonderful job . We ran into some issues with my equipment and was able to get resources to fix it with in hours ( I thought it would take days ) . He spent the time with my wife and I to go over how the systems worked in an unrushed manor and made sure we fully understood how the systems and remote worked . His pricing was in line with what I would expect to pay a top notch professional and I feel I got my money worth in notonly installation but his knowledge base was exceptional ( and he explained it in a manor that I could understand )

Professional and quick on the mark.

First, I have to say what kind of customer I am, I am micromanaging, nit-picky, anal, and cheap. Boston HiFi provided my company with a hi-tech electronic whiteboard/1080 display installation. Lee and his crew mounted display on wall, amplifier, speakers, ran wires, and installed GFI outlet. Lee was very knowledgeable and helped guide me through the process, selecting components, cabling, and items as required. Lee always pick up the phone on my calls or emailed me back (>10 communications) and had to work around my companies busy schedule, which he did satisfactorily. At the end of the day, I exceed my budget, but the system was worth it

Lee was terrific. He came right away and did all the work very quickly. He did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and taught me how to best operate the equipment. I could not ask for better.
