"The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."

Only 3 months after many things fall apart. A glass shelf almost fell in the tub when my wife was in it. It almost injured her. Towel racks came of the walls leaving giant holes behind. The brand new tub stoped draining. I brought in a licensed plumber to fix that and he told me he never saw "such a sh*tshow". And conveniently Mike told me in the middle of he project that his company declared bankruptcy, so no point suing him."
