"My son's condo floor received water damage due to a break in an adjacent units water line. The floor area by my son's entrance door became wet and as a result warping set in. Dan, the owner of Boston Premier Flooring, was extremely responsive using his moisture meter demonstrating that the underlayment concrete flooring was very wet. His crew removed the flooring to let the moisture dissipate before installing new hardwood. New flooring was installed a week later. They stained the floor and then applied several coats of polyurethane. It came out beautiful! This is the second time we used Boston Premier and I highly recommend them. "In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
