"Frank and his team are very professional. They always arrived arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. I had Frank sand and restain a deck and fence. He did a superb job!! He went above and beyond. He even fixed areas of the deck that I didn't expect him to do. He is great guy! Excellent work. I already have some future projects lined up with him. "JS is great! He finished the job ahead of schedule, which has never happened to us before with a contractor. He also listened to what we had to say and did his best to accommodate our wishes. He was always very responsive and very pleasant in our communication. I wish we had been shown different options of styles for the floor deck/railing, but to be fair, we never asked him to do so. We told him we preferred a dark brown color and the the floor was lighter than we imagined. This could have been avoided if we saw floor board samples, but, again, we didn't to ask for them so this is a communication glitch which we would be careful to address in the future. Overall, we are very happy with how the deck looks and how quickly it was completed."
