"Dennyâ  s and his team were punctual, hardworking, clean and pleasant. I'm taking a star off because of an issue with the stain process. Dennyâ  s likes to understand what I wanted as a client and gave options and opinions. His successful past works speak for him. I was happy with the work this team did on my deck overall, framing and boarding. The issue I have is with Staining. I purchased the oil stain and he applied it, however it rained within 2 hours pretty much the whole afternoon and night (July 29, 2021), and that cannot be good for the stain and deck I would imagine. I would have expected DC to be responsible, check the rain forecast and advice me to hold off on the staining until a good 3 day shine or weeks later when the weather is a bit more predictable. The way he decided to stain it knowing the clouds are glooming was not professional in my mind, and he shouldn't have rushed into just to complete a project. I'm fine with deferring an incomplete step in the project if he had advised me. I have contacted DC so he can propose what to do about this (re-sand it and re-stain it ideally), still waiting his response, if not, I will contact Angi for mediating."

"Jair and his team were awesome. I had them remove temp / construction stairs that were in my basement and out of code and install new pine stairs. Jair and his son came right out for a esrimate and i had it within a day. Jair was responsive to my questions . There was an issue with the landing and after i explained my concern Jair came up with a solution. Very good quality work, and they cleaned up nicely. I will be using them again for future projects."

"Wow! I must have said that word 10 times while working with Ricardo and his team at Expect Painters! We have a large 3-tiered deck that had never been treated prior to us moving in. I called Ricardo, expecting to wait until spring. Not only did he squeeze us in, but he power washed our deck, the back of the house, and stained the whole deck for us! He even took care to remove one part and spray it and then put it back onto the deck for us! He washed the deck one day and stained it another day. He was fast and efficient. To say I was impressed is an understatement! We will be calling him for any future work we may need! It honestly looks like a completely new deck! Thank you to Ricardo and his team! Please use him!
