"They did a great job! They came on time, cleaned all the windows inside and out including the screens and left the house immaculate."

"I canâ t say enough about these WONDERFUL people!! Fair, honest, and just overall Amazing!!!! My girls, (yes I say my girls) have been with me for almost a year now. They just left after cleaning my house and wow, what a great job,!!!! they NEVER have disappointed!!!! I was just newly diagnosed with Lupus and get fatigued easily. â My girlsâ come in and work their butts off and go above the call of duty to help me. The owner, Jay, comes and inspects and gives an amazingly decent and fair quote. She herself is a lovely, sweet person who Iâ ve only been in her presence twice in the last year. But she absolutely keeps communication flowing, I know always whatâ s going on. Canâ t praise this wonderful family owned business enough!!!!"

"I found this company on Home Advisors. I had a bedroom carpet that had gotten dirty and pet stains from my dog. It was really gross. I also had a decent size living room rug that had gotten filthy over the years. I called them and spoke with Nancy. We set up a date for the job to get done. We had a 2 week wait till the day came. We had made all the preparations for the rug cleaning to be done. On the day of the rug cleaning no one showed up. So I called to speak with Nancy. She said she didn’t have us down for a cleaning. She asked if we could wait a few more days. We told her that wasn’t possible, the house was in disarray as it was. She then told us they could come the next day around 5:00 if that was ok. We of course accepted. She was genuinely sorry for the mistake. I could understand it,they are so booked up,they have to be good. The next day this man came it was raining out. I told him to come in out of the rain and thanked him for coming. I talked with him,his name was Jeff. He was a very knowledgeable and friendly hardworking man. He did a fantastic job on the rugs. We are more than pleased with the job."

"Reliable and friendly. Very thorough claening."

"You can tell Rudy takes pride in his work. He paid attention to the details and did a great job on both our carpets and sofa. The whole experience with RIVC Carpet Cleaning was easy and pleasant."

"I own a high-end residential property management company in CT. I was in a pinch to service a commercial grade outdoor grill in an interior space. The commercial guys wouldn't do it because it is a white glove situation and the residential cleaners wouldn't do it due to the size/complexity of the commercial fan motor. Tafari did an excellent job of protecting the space all around the grill and hood. One slip & there would have been grease splattered all over the extremely expensive stonework. Tafari cleaned the grill, hood and the vent pipe. He climbed the roof and disassembled the giant fan housing with grease trap, cleaned it all and reassembled it. Everything was perfect! Tafari is an incredible interesting man to speak with, and we had a great conversation about business, families and current world events. He's an articulate, well-spoken man who really cares about what he does. I highly recommend Tafari Springer, Residential Hood Cleaning David www.totalhomemanagementllc.net"
